Kristin M. Kaminski is the managing attorney of Kaminski Law Group and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California. With over a decade of experience, she has guided hundreds of individuals in California and Nevada through the complexities of estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Kristin provides tailored solutions for families and business owners, focusing on reducing the likelihood of litigation and ensuring peace of mind for fiduciaries and beneficiaries managing estates. A graduate of Marquette University Law School, where she earned Dean’s List honors and interned with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps at Pearl Harbor, Kristin also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management with Honors from Alverno College.
