Nick Padula serves as U.S. Energy Development Corporation’s director of business development for the Pacific Region. In this role, Nick provides consultation and advisory services for direct investments in the energy sector to select clientele including high net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions. His specialties include income, growth, and tax planning strategies, such as intangible drilling cost deductions, discounted valuations, qualified opportunity zone funds, and strategic real estate investments such as 1031 exchanges. Nick has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry, and holds licenses for Series 7, Equities, Tax Planning, and Financial Services. He graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a B.A. in business and communications, and resides in Gilbert, Ariz. with his wife and three children. Nick has been with U.S. Energy Development Corporation for the past 15 years.
